Multi-objective evolutionary optimization of neural networks and real-time semantic segmentation, beginning an ongoing ORNL/TENNLab collaboration.
The work
I worked remotely with Dr. Robert Patton through the DOE Science Undergraduate Laboratory Internships (SULI) program.
- Worked on Parcae, applying multi-objective evolutionary optimization to neural networks.
- Worked on real-time semantic segmentation of urban street scenes.
This internship began my collaboration with Oak Ridge National Laboratory and Prof. Catherine Schuman, now at TENNLab at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, that continued through the Ph.D.
